If your trip is within the next 6 to 12 months, this is when we begin looking at real numbers and availability. The more specific you can be, the more accurate your options will be.

• Full legal names of travelers as they appear on identification
• A clear budget range you are comfortable spending
• Destination preferences narrowed down
• An understanding of deposit expectations

• Passport expiration dates for international travel

If you are prepared to move forward, this stage focuses on final details and securing your plans. Travel pricing and availability are not guaranteed until secured with suppliers.

Before booking, you should be ready to:

• Submit required traveler information
• Place a deposit within the supplier’s timeline
• Review payment schedules and cancellation terms
• Consider travel protection options

Helpful reminders:
• International travel requires a valid passports that meet entry requirements with an expiration date at least 6 months after the return date of travel
• Cruise lines and airlines may require specific documentation
• Delays in submitting information can affect availability

I will reach out to set up a quick call. This is where I learn about your family, your travel style, and what you are hoping this trip feels like. The more I know, the better I can build something that actually fits.

After our call, I put together up to three quote offers tailored specifically to your family. You review them, ask questions, and we decide together what feels right.

Once you choose your option, I will handle the booking and everything that follows. Between booking day and travel day, I am available to answer any questions that come up. Your job is to show up and enjoy the trip.
